Hey there S&S..For our team Muzzy is the way to go. If your bow is tuned the way it is supposed to be then any fixed blade will fly fine.If you are having trouble with flight send a email to the guys at BowXperts.com and they will straighten it out. Nothing against the Rage..Just never been a fan of Mechanicals.Just adds things that can fail in my opinion. If you want a good size hole in a fixed the Muzzy MX-3 is a great head..Just my opinion though..Good luck this season

MUZZY 100 GRN 3 BLADE is the first any only broadhead I've ever shot..!! I shoot a PSE X FORCE at 58lbs with a 400 series arrow ( mixed bag ) .. I run my muzzy's exactly oppiset my fletch and they fly AWESOME..!! Wide open feild shots 60YRDS... to the thickest raspberry-dingleweed-slash..Muzzy gets the job done..I HIGHLY RECOMED you try any of Muzzy's awesome products..!!

Bone - I've tried a few different broadhead over the years but definitey agree that Muzzy is by far the best. A few years ago Shawn and I got talked into trying a mechanical broadhead (Miniblasters). I quickly switched back to Muzzys after not being able to get the Mini's to fly at 40 and 50 yards. Last year I got talked into trying the new Rage broadheads...smoked a doe in Ohio with one...but again could never get them to fly as true and accurate as my Muzzy 3-blade 90 grain broadheads at the longer yardages. I fletch and tune all of my own arrows so that I know the quality is good, and I have never had any problems with Muzzy broadheads. I will be shooting Muzzys from now on.

It is all in what you want..Everyone has their own preference and if it works for you then run it..I have stuck with muzzy but shot about every size and weight they have. I get bored and try new things all the time. This will be my second year with the MX 4's..Hope to put another on the wall this year with them..

Armand: I e-mailed the Muzzy technical rep today. He said that he has had a lot of people e-mail him over the years that think they used to shoot 90-grain, 3-blade Muzzys. You are correct...they never manufactured a 90-grain, 3-blade broad head (thats old age and pea brain memory setting in I guess..LOL). I found one of my ferrules from my old Muzzys, and the rep confirmed that it was from a 100 grain 3-blade. Looks like I purchase 6- MX3's (100 grain 3-blade Muzzys) for this year. Thanks....

Haslebutta..Armands MX3s are flyin just like Aarons,Aarons and Fowles... Awesome..!! 60lbs and a good stiff arrow 400 or 4000 series..right around 450-500grns..The Teams arrow with broad-head flight is very, very close to field point impact..Personally I get better flight with Muzzys 3 Blade 100grn than my feild pnts..
