Cub, I just got one a few months ago.Only had a chance to use it out here on the bears but it works awesome. Great pics and good video off it too. I think you would love it. Plus no animals have even looked at it with the Infared..

Doug/Armand: I've used two Cudde Back no flash cameras for the last couple of years, and between the two have taken well over 3,000 photos. I left one of the cameras behind my house from August through March the first year that I used it...obviously replacing batteries and memory cards as necessary. Never any problems until moisture somehow got inside the camera. I sent it back to Cudde Back and they replaced it for free, and it was beyond the one-year warranty period. Setting up, maintaining and retrieving photos from my 4+ trail cameras is a lot of work...especially when I often spread them from Grafton to Lyme. But, its good exercise and I've gotten some pretty amazing photos. I'm not totally sold on the LCD Screen that you can use to view the photos in the field yet.

I borrowed a friends viewer to see if it was worth purchasing for myself. It was real easy to use...just plug in and scroll through the photos, and the LCD's clarity was pretty good. Saved me from havign to go back to my house to download the photos. The only reason I would consider purchasing one is if I continuously scouted/hunted spots that were way out of Town. I will bring one to Ohio with me this year.

I have 6 SD cards that are 256k - 1 GB I just switch the cards and view the picks at home. I am getting most of my pictures late at night on the edges of fields. No flash is the only way to go. $100 in Cabela's STEALTH CAM I540IR works great. Good night shots.

Armand, I'm gonna get the grocery pile goin this weekend. Not out behind my house though. Got an awesome spot in Enfield...2-year old clear cut. I saw a couple of small bucks in it last year while not hunting, and the owners said they saw a big ten in it last year. I checked it a few times this year, only a lot of tracks and haven't seen anything yet. I'll let you know if I get any photos. The owners only allow bow hunting.

I wasn't going to tell hammer head about that! Fred knows where it is though. Do you think he'll change the batteries for us?
