Well the 20th had Aaron and Myself filming together. I had been getting a lot of pictures on my cuddeback during daylight on this oak flat so we grabbed our climbers and headed in. It is a good little uphill hike and Noyes made the comment "Well at least it will be a easy drag". Well at 5pm we were all settled in. At 5:45pm I looked across the oak flat and saw legs. Then we realized there was 5 of them. Slowly they came our way but when they got to us they started splitting up making it very confusing on which one to keep the camera on..Well Aaron drew his XForce 3 times on different deer. Then I saw one coming perfect so im on her. She gets 10 yards away and I look down to see Aaron getting ready to shoot one behind me..I whisper "NO NOYES, BEHIND YOU"..Well he lets down and slowly turns, draws his bow and waited for her to take one last step. When that leg came forward that arrow was through her before I even knew the bow went off..It was a perfect hit and we were pumped..In the stand for 15 minutes and done. We got down and tracked her no more than 90 yards..As you will see from the video Aaron was pumped to have his first video deer and first deer of 2008. Congrats Aaron and great shot! Armand
