The biggest buck we had sent to us this year! Congratulations Brad!! November 8, 2007 First thing in the morning on November 8, 2007, I found an area in Sutton, NH where a buck had started really rubbing and scraping hard. I had seen a number of does in this area but no bucks or buck sign before this. I came back in at 2pm that same afternoon, and a couple of hills over I saw a rack crossing an old log road filled with pricker bushes. It was too far for a shot so I used my bleat in heat can several times. This got the buck's attention, he stopped and looked in my direction. The deer looked away from me again and I reached down and hit my grunt tube. This really got him mad. He came running right at me on a dead run! He came within 15 yards, I would say, turned broadside to me looking everywhere for the other buck. I took him behind the shoulder with my 50 caliber T/C Omega and he dropped right there. He was a basic frame 10 with a couple extra kickers on one side to make him a 12 pointer. He weighed in at 232 Lbs., making him my biggest buck yet!
