When headed up to one of Armand's spots to do some bow hunting, I saw this buck standing on the bank with a doe. With no place to park for Armand to come film me, I told him just to drop me off and I would try to sneak around on him. The woods were only about 100 yards wides so I figured it was a done deal. I crawled up this steep bank and walked the edge of the field on top. When I looked over the edge where I had seen him there he still was looking down the hill at the doe away from me. I put the crosshairs on him and down he went. I sure am glad I had my Muzzleloader in the truck just in case. Quick hunt but still a lot of fun.
